In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777gam," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 777gam platform accessible at https://777gam.club and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the 777gam website, mobile-optimised site, and any application made available by 777gam through which gaming and betting services are offered.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 777gam Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their 777gam Account using a supported payment method, available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the terms of 777gam's international gaming license and internal compliance obligations.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast Interbank, 1LINK QR, and Retail Cash Deposit, as updated from time to time on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the 777gam Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777gam.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 777gam.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the 777gam Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777gam enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Registration by individuals under 21 years of age is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register as Players.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777gam, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 777gam's compliance team.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that has been imposed by you or by 777gam and remains in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous 777gam Account closed for breach of these Terms.

777gam reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 777gam Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — regardless of the reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times by contacting 777gam customer support or updating it through your Account settings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 777gam will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 777gam immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

777gam reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent intent, or where registration would be inconsistent with 777gam's licensing obligations.

777gam is required under the terms of its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by 777gam's compliance systems based on account activity, deposit volumes, or regulatory requirements.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your registered name, or equivalent for bank transfer methods).

777gam reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by its compliance obligations. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 777gam will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Deposits: Players may fund their Accounts using any Supported Payment Method listed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Where this is not possible, 777gam will process withdrawals to a verified alternative method in the Player's name. Indicative processing timeframes are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Instant to 30 minutes upon approval
• HBL and UBL Bank Transfer: 15–30 minutes upon approval
• Meezan Bank: 15–30 minutes upon approval
• Raast Interbank: 5–10 minutes upon approval
• 1LINK QR: 5–10 minutes upon approval

These timeframes apply after KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal request has been approved by 777gam's payments team. 777gam reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. 777gam does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard Supported Payment Methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion is not currently supported on the Platform.

777gam offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated before you opt in. You must fulfil the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are kept in a separate Bonus Balance wallet within your Account. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers; Bonus Balance is applied thereafter, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• 777gam reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time prior to a Player opting in. Once a Player has opted in, the terms applicable at the point of opt-in will govern that specific bonus.
• Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value prior to fulfilment of Wagering Requirements.
• 777gam reserves the right to recover bonus funds and any winnings derived from them in circumstances where it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of an error, or in breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the 777gam Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market concerned, as displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 777gam does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after confirmation, except where the game or event is voided in accordance with the applicable product rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or event, 777gam reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform are governed by certified random number generators or live data feeds, as applicable. 777gam's RNG systems are independently audited under the terms of our international gaming license.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply. These are displayed within each game or market. 777gam reserves the right to reduce the maximum bet limit for any Player without notice at its sole discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, bilateral series, and Test matches — are governed by the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Settlement of in-play markets is based on official match data from the governing body of the relevant competition.
• Where a discrepancy arises between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777gam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographical restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraud against 777gam or other Players;
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Making deposits using a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777gam staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

777gam's fraud detection systems operate continuously. Accounts flagged by automated systems are subject to manual review. Players whose Accounts are under review may experience temporary holds on withdrawals pending the outcome of the review.

All content on the 777gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of 777gam or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform;
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the relevant owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777gam's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

777gam shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 777gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 777gam shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events outside 777gam's reasonable control;
• Loss resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider;
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider whose content is made available on the Platform;
• Your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that is subject to real-time change, including odds and in-play market data.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take our duty of care to Players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after you have been logged in for a defined period of time;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at 777gam's discretion, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 777gam's customer support team. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding wagering requirements will be assessed in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 777gam holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 777gam's customer support team in the first instance. 777gam will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, Players may escalate the matter in writing to 777gam's compliance team at support@777gam.club, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

777gam will respond to formally escalated disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism available under the terms of 777gam's gaming license. 777gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights — may be made without prior notice.

Material amendments — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal policies, eligible payment methods, or Player eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
